cdn is rewriting all anchor links

So something like is getting rewritten as cdn.example.com/home/ where it appears in the post content.

Many of these are dynamic generated php content and should have a pretty short expires and definitely not live on a cdn. I can’t find an exclusion pattern that works with these. Trying .html or /home/ does nothing. Any help? Current version of this plugin.
