CDN image URL rewrite with images not in wp-content

  • Hi,

    I am trying to setup CDN support but have following issue:
    My images are not in wp-content/uploads but outside (on the same level) as the wordpress directory. Like:
    /root/wpdir for wordpress installation
    /root/mediafiles for the uploaded pictures

    How can I include this directory for rewriting the image URLs with Super Cache?
    Otherwise images are not pulled to the CDN.
