Hi, I am the owner of WP Fastest Cache. When a cdn is added, we get cors error. I added “Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin” to htaccess but it did not solve the problem. Have you encountered such a problem before?

    Hi Emre,

Thank you for reaching out. To better assist you, could you please provide us with the tour link where you’re encountering the CORS error? This will help us investigate the issue further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    ?Hi,

?We’ve reviewed the link you provided, and we couldn’t detect any errors. Are you currently loading your images from CDN?
    ?
?If possible, could you recreate the scenario here so we can investigate further? This will help us better understand the issue and provide you with the appropriate assistance.

    Hi ,

This error is not showing in our console. Though we are checking possible reasons. Will you tell us which browser you are using? Have you tried any other browsers?or disabling browser extensions?
    ?
?We’ve tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and didn’t get the error.

    Hi,

We’ve tried multiple networks for the website that you provided which is (https://test.wpfc.ml/2024/03/19/360-test/) as well but still didn’t get the error on the console.

    Hi,

It can be a mixed content issue causing the panorama tour not to load on your page.
    ?
As we can see your panorama tour is loaded over HTTPS. So if your website is loaded over HTTP, but the panorama tour includes HTTPS resources, browsers may block them, resulting in issues like this.

Let us know if your website is also loaded over HTTPS and you are still facing this issue.

    Best Regards,

no, my site is loaded over HTTPS. Can you prove that my site is loaded over HTTP please?

I apologise for my last reply I consulted with our developer and indeed it’s not a mixed content issue.
    ?
?The tour link you have provided we accessed it on multiple browsers and networks, but couldn’t find the error on the console.
    ?
As you can see it from this screen recording:?https://www.loom.com/share/bf3e9e567d2d411eae3e48776f97e4e9?sid=da2dd001-0737-4b48-a3b7-4937f8f7d981
    ?
?I hope you understand that we are unable to recreate the error.
