cdn domain cache files created without cdn

I have a sub with Keycdn and had the cdn domain inserted in the cdn field. After I got the render blocking message from GPS Insights I removed it and signed up with Cloudflare.

I removed all traces of the cdn below, everywhere, purged all caches (CometCache Pro, Cloudflare, FVM) twice and I am still getting the message for 15 js and css files as below.

I have checked Force https urls.

Where is this coming from?
