CCS Canvas Not Updating Changes

    Hi
    I have just had a website built and am running canvas theme.
    I wanted to change some text in the header so i opened the custom CCS made the changes and previewed the changes and everything worked.

    However when I log out of admin and go to the site the changes are not there.

    When i log back in again and view through admin they are there again. And the process repeats.

    I am a newbee to CCS/editing etc
