    Great plugin,
Straight forward and intuitive, however I am having some difficulties finding the CCPA (“Do Not Sell My Information”) functionality. How does this functionality get turned on?

    Hi @hiico ,

    Thanks for coming today!

Sorry but I don’t understand the functionality you are asking about.

Our plugin adds a consent notice to your site, once this is accepted by the user, it sorts for GDPR, CCPA etc.

Please check the documentation for more help:

    Hope that is clear, please.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Bruce,
After reviewing https://ninjateam.org/ninja-gdpr-documentation/ it seems there is no documentation that clarifies how to apply CCPA (California’s Consumer Protection Act) https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa in which site visitors can select whether or not if there information can be sold, as described by the link provided above and also detailed by Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Consumer_Privacy_Act. Below is brief description of how California will adjudicate CCPA compliance.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on the home page of the website of the business, that will direct users to a web page enabling them, or someone they authorize, to opt out of the sale of the resident’s personal information (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.135(a)(1)).[14]
