if the plugin is enabled, attempting to use the link button on the editor locks up the browser tab. No link overlay appears and the contents of that browser tab are stuck. It won’t scroll, etc. Disabling the plugin restores appropriate functionality. I have disabled all other plugins and set the theme to twentyfifteen without a positive impact.

    Fixed in today’s update. Thanks.

This looks to still be an issue with the new 3.1.7 update.

    Please fix this issue!

We are having the exact same issues as the members above stated. Has there been an update for this plugin in the last few days? The actually plugin seems to not affect editor until we activate the widget. Then it locks up the editor.

Why is this marked as resolved? Is not.

I am also having this issue. fully updated.

I am having the exact same issue also. This issue is not resolved.

We found that the Constant Contact plugin for our email newletter was the culpret for us. Once we disabled that plugin we regained the use of our Add Link Icon.

Not sure if this will help you all but it helped us.
