Thank you for reaching out to us, I checked and can verify the issue showing here as well. It looks like it is a styling issue, so there are some options you can try to find out what is causing this.
1) Deactivate your current theme and try to use Storefront instead.
2) Check for additional CSS in your site, this could cause issues if as well. Temporary remove it to test if you can enter data in the field.
3) Deactivate all other plugins on your site (except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments).
After doing every single item, check if you can input the fields before you move on to the next item.
You might want to use a staging site for these tests, in order not to disrupt your live site.
