Not “out of the box”, but it should be possible by adding a code snippet which adds and email address to the cc or bcc field before the email is sent.

Not from within the plugin itself, but, you can easily export a CSV file with all email addresses and import them into a mailing list and send mass email to your directory entries that way. This method would likely be more reliable if you use a mailing list service provider as web hosts will generally limit how many emails can be sent an hour to help reduce the abuse of their systems by slam operators.
