[cc] and [bcc] Have Stopped Working

  • Hello!

    I’ve been really appreciating your plugin.

    Until recently, I had a contact form on my website which was directed to one email, and bcc’d to two more, which were separated by a comma and no spaces. In the last week, those secondary bcc’d emails have stopped going through, although the primary is still receiving.

    Any idea why this might be? Nothing else has changed on my site.

    I’m afraid not, but thank you for your prompt response.

    I actually just received an email, but it was late by about 20 hours. Could that be a WordPress cron job issue? Again, the primary email was received almost immediately.

    Check the log files in your server. The cron job might be playing a part in this issue.
