CBC Localhost nomatter where i am coming from?

Hi
Prior to updating my server to php 5.5 this plug-in worked phneomenally for me. but recently moving to php 5.5 nothing seems to work.
NO matter where i came from the [CBC_CODE /] would always show local host. Is there a reason for this? I’ve gone through and installed the last ip2country data and and latest version of the plug in.

Is there something on my server side that is not correct?? I didn’t think changing php version would affect it.
