• Free Version:
    When I first started out with this plugin, I used the Free version. It did everything I needed it to do at that time…but I quickly outgrew it. At that time, I gave a perfect review of the plugin.

    Pro Version:
    I consider myself and advanced user of this plugin. I’ve been working on a project that has tested the most advanced aspects of this plugin. There are numerous smaller issues that I discovered (not deal-breakers) that were so minor compared to the really big issues I discovered…I just said “ignore those” until the bigger issues are fixed.

    Our first and only major auction to this point, was almost a complete disaster because of issues with Proxy Bidding and the plugins miscalculation of Time/Date. Had I not been available the day of the auction, the auction would have 100% bombed and I would have lost a client…or worse.

    Support
    I agree, support is pretty amazing for the Free version. It’s a completely different story after you’ve paid. I hope this review sparks some interest from the Nitesh, because my issues have gone un-responded to for over 2 weeks. Again, that’s unrepsonded to, NOT unresolved.

    As things stand now, I’ve paid for this plugin and I’m contemplating a couple of actions…that I don’t want to do.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for sharing your perspective. We try to cater to support queries for both FREE and PRO diligently but I agree that there has been few delays for both the versions and we will work to improve them.

    In your case, I do remember that we followed your initial queries in timely manner (and they were quite a few) apart from your latest query which is still in unresolved state but it is not like that once you pay, story is totally different.

    Also, if you are contemplating some actions though this sounds like a threat which I wont give any importance if it is your way to raise alarms, feel free to escalte by writing to nitesh[at]auctionplugin.net

    I agree support has been slow. Its unacceptable for a purchased product.
