    Though this plugin can be a solution for several projects, for the project I was working on it wasn’t. No developer guide for theming and no CSS reference were available which made that for my project, integrating Tickera was more tedious than expected. Certain limitations were dealbreakers for my client so we decided to go with a different approach. I could give a proof of purchase and I asked nicely, within 7 days, for a refund and got a rather impolite mail back. It get’s even better. Tickera claimed I didn’t even bother to use their support tickets. Which is not correct. I have several mails and support ticket numbers to prove that I did created support tickets and mailed back and forward hoping to resolve the problems I encountered. It’s a digital product, they had no costs whatsoever, no shipping costs, no packaging costs. It was not the solution I hoped for and I did ask for a refund within the lawful 7 calendar days and they refused in an impolite way.

    Hi there,

    We offer and encourage any of our potential customers to request an access to our playground website where they can test each and every bit of Tickera plugin and its functionality. Also, free version of Tickera is available for download which has completely the same core functionality as any of the premium versions and is therefore good for testing how it gets along with the theme you’re using as well as checking customization options through custom single and archive pages. So, all this can be tested out prior an actual purchase to check whether it fits your needs or not.
    Furthermore, yes you have submitted two support tickets to which we have replied in timely manner but haven’t received any additional response from you. As for the emails, we have received several from you within the time span of less than 24 hours with the last email stating that you’re requesting refund which we have declined given that we do not grant refunds if our plugin does not fit your needs.
    Granted, our refund policy is strict and we do not offer “no questions asked” refund policy but at the same time we believe it is fair as we do offer every opportunity to any of our potential customers to test our product inside and out prior they commit to purchase our product.

    Hope this clarifies things a bit.
