• Hello

Although we are not using this plugin to force sell subscription products, it is causing the subscription products to fail at the time of renewal. The following is the error message that we could dig out from the logs:

11-17-2022 @ 20:55:41 - scheduled action 27387 (subscription payment) failed to finish processing due to the following error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on bool in /home/customer/www/optotutor.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpc-force-sells/wpc-force-sells.php:696

The plugin is only used to force sell two simple products when one or the other is selected.

  • Hi @kdubey,

FYI, In the free version of our plugin, only simple and subscription products can be searched and added. Instead, free users can now add unlimited products as they prefer.

Variable products and variations are only available in the Premium version.

Note: Some types of subscription products are not fully compatible with our plugin as well. We can offer customization service to make it work if you are a Premium user and provide us with access to the admin area.

In case you need further instructions, kindly refer to this online documentation: https://doc.wpclever.net/.

If you are concerned about our pro version, please contact our support page for further support.

    Best regards.

    Hello @miemie

I am not sure if you have read and understood the issue. We are using it for a pair of Simple products only. We are not using it for any Subscription product. But still, the plugin is preventing the Subscriptions from renewing!

I am wondering why it displays this behaviour when Force Sell is not activated on the Subscription product. Is there a particular default setting that is causing this?

    Regards
    Kamalesh.
