Causing empty cart when activated

    Dear creators,

    on my site I found out, that if your plugin is activated, then when items are added to the cart, those are flushing after a few seconds or after clicking on “view cart”.

    Please help to solve.

    Hi Alex

    Are you sure this happens when the plugin is activated? The plugin does not have the functionality to remove or manage products in the cart.

    It may be some other plugin that you have activated on your site.

    Since no other site with the plugin installed has reported such an error. But as I say the plugin has no such capability.

    Can you give more details about this error?

    Hi Daniel,

    unfortunately yes.

    I am facing this issue if your plugin is activated together with other plugins. We use also a multilingual approach in help of WPML. To make sure and to identify, I have dropped all plugins into an off folder and let only the core (woocoomerce and wpml related) plugins active.

    After dropping yours back, then I am getting this empty cart problem. Maybe it could be a reason of caching (cloudflare + seraphinite accellerator plugin) but those are inactive set and still running into this problem.

    I hope this helps to proceed and find out why.

    Hello Daniel,

    you can close this thread. As I found out, it had to do with the cache plugin we use and if that is not activated, then it is working.
