Causes Update Problems and Breaks 404page Plugin

After I started to update the WP Statistics, I suddenly closed the page and now my entire website is not working. https://modernmath.ir
How can I solve the issue?

This issue fixed in the 12.4.1, please make sure you use the latest version.

If the problem is still there, please tell me the current version and the active plugins you have installed.

Tried to update to 12.4.1 I get this message
Update Failed: Could not copy file. wp-statistics/includes/vendor/symfony/debug/ErrorHandler.php

This is an error for the previous problem, you should remove the plugin and reinstall it.

I removed the previous version and then installed the new one. Now it works good.
