• This plugin has a serious issue. It now causes site down with error 500. And, gives no reason why… We had to delete it but really want to use it again.

    500 errors are generally a “catch-all” error, means the error log will tell you exactly what the PHP failure is.

    Plese enable WP Debug and let me know, or ask the Server Admin for a log copy.

    Eventually, then I can pinpoint the issue and solution.
    If not, it’ll be required to post the issue at our forum again, since here I cannot ask for Site Access and similar things.

    We’re using Bluehost and found that their default PHP version is 5.2. I upgraded to PHP version 7.0.25 and now it’s running fine. Is there a PHP version that you recommend?

    Yes, it’s PHP 5.3

    Below that it won’t work.

    Same problem on php7
