If this plugin is installed, it works with forms that have the captcha field but on forms I didn’t put the captcha field in, the form doesn’t work. I don’t need a captcha field in every form.

  • Hi, Thank you for using Caldera Forms Anti Spam. Sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing. Can you give me more information regarding what steps you took before encountering this issue? The captcha shouldn’t load for forms that don’t load the reCAPTCHA.

For the time being, please can you enable reCAPTCHA V3 for your forms until we have replicated and resolved this issue.

    Kinds Regards
    Carlo

I tried that. Is there a way to share a staging site login details with you? Basically, I have one form with a recaptcha and one form without. The form without doesn’t work.

    Checking in on this…

Unfortunately in goes against the support guidelines of www.remarpro.com. We will look into this further on our side and notify you when we have found a solution for this issue.

Our .org support does not offer this type of support and ‘getting around’ these guidelines via company sites are often frowned upon.

I’m assuming that you are running multiple forms on a single page. Please include reCAPTCHA on all your forms. You may use V3 reCAPTCHA to help conversion ratings.

If you still need help and someone to take a look around at things further, please reach out to a local developer or post on jobs.wordpress.net.

PS: Please do not share login details on .org forums as it goes against the guidelines and may be a security risk as these are public forums

    Thank you for understanding.

I wasn’t trying to “Get around” these issues – just trying to find the official support page. Yes, I have a form linked as a popup in my footer. I’m guessing that is conflicting.

I didn’t share any login details.

    But thanks for your help.

Thank you for understanding. We’ve been flagged by moderators for sharing direct links to our own support page in some cases on these channels so we try to avoid it when possible to keep in good standing with the moderators.
