Causes Nextgen Gallery Lightbox to flash off and on

When Q2W3 plugin is activated, and a user clicks on a gallery photo, the enlarged version of the photo that displays in a lightbox blinks off and on, almost rhythmically. I’ve tried some of the parameters in the Q2W3 plugin settings but didn’t help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Can see the pics flash here :
