Causes Huge Queries on Server!

  • I have been using this gallery for the past two months. I liked the format and ways in setting up different appearances.
    However, after midnight this morning, our hosting company suspended our website because this plug-in is continually sending queries through the server. It is causing other sites to go down and us to hogging the database. This is bad for business and now we have to wait for the hosting company to unsuspend our site so I can remove this plug-in. Because of the suspension, I cannot even get into the WordPress dashboard to deactivate or delete the plug-in.

    I am extremely disappointed.

    Edited my star rating. While I had to remove the plugin, I do appreciate the response from the developer. So, I gave the plugin 3 stars, instead of the initial 1 star.

    Thank you and I may reinstall your gallery in the future. However, at this time, I had to remove the plugin, as the hosting company would not un-suspend our website until I removed the cause of the huge queries caused by the plugin. If I read the data correctly, it looked as if the plugin was going out every 27 seconds to grab data.

    I appreciate the quick response and will advise if I do reinstall.
