Causes Excessive Hosting Demands

  • First, I found BackWPup to be an unreasonably slow backup plugin, requiring up to four hours for a backup.
    But more troublesome is the excessive hosting server demands — both CPU and Physical Memory Usage was pushed into the RED for hours while BackWPup struggled to function.
    I deleted the plugin.
