Causes critical errors

  • For some reason, this plugin always triggers critical errors on my websites usually a few months after the website has been active. After not using it for over a year, I decided to give it another try on a new website with a different host, only elementor and essential addons were installed. After activating essential addons, I was immediately unable to use elementor

    Hi, there. This usually happens if you have a low PHP Memory Limit. Have you checked your memory limit from Elementor -> System Info? Can you please tell us what’s your PHP Memory Limit.

    Besides, you could enable the Debug log and let us know the error you have faced as well. Check out this doc if you want to enable debug log.

    We have over 1 Million+ Active users so if it was a common issue, people wouldn’t have definitely used it for sure. So, I think there’s an issue with memory or something else which caused the issue you have faced.
