    Hi,

Do you remember precisely what options were activated — content buttons, float widget, sidebar widget, etc? Would you please also give me a link to the exact woocommerce product that is incompatible?

    Thanks a lot!

Sorry I don’t remember which options were activated, but I can tell you that it the basic WooCommerce plugin (woothemes.com/woocommerce) it seems to be a particular problem with the Variable product, where the buttom ago AWOL.

Just tried the plugin (version 2.1.12).

The Card button is there, product is applied, check out is fine! everything rocks!, even with both the floating widget and the content sharebar of Socializer.

This means that there must be some conflict with the theme that you use, not with the woocommerce plugin (a great plugin, I take the opportunity to say, since it is the first time I’m trying it).

In my test I used the default WordPress TwentyFourteen theme. Would you please tell me what theme you use?

    Kindest regards.

I am using the Twenty Twelve theme

Twenty Twelve is a cleaner more pleasant theme, I prefer too. Any way. There is no problem even with this theme. Which means that there is a conflict perhaps with some other plugin, not with woocommerce. To locate the conflict you need to deactivate one by one the plugins that you use. This is easy, if you don’t use many plugins, otherwise…

What is the address of your site?

I found that the problem was with Socializer by systematically deactivate one by one the plugins. It seems to have been a JS conflict, but I am not an expert, so I can’t be certain.

The site is https://www.edfoc.org.uk, the shop is not fully up and running yet as I am still trying to get the CSS right.

This is not what I meant, but that Socializer is in conflict with some other plugin. To help me detect this conflict you need to have Socializer active and disable one by one the other plugins to find out what plugin prevents Socializer from working. If this is a problem for you I understand, but I don’t have other ways to find out. Or perhaps send me a full list of your plugins to install them locally and make my own tests.

    P.S. I love cycling!

OK, this is really strange. I installed and activated all of these plugins — except for AXS and WordPress Integration, Role Manager, Invisible Defender, which I didn’t find in WordPress! Any way, with the rest activated there is no problem at all! The cart works, admin cart bar works, add product icons work…

    Plugin Author TheFreeWindows

    (@thefreewindows)

I downloaded the rest. Invisible Defender is discontinued since long ago. Anyway, even with these plugins no conflict appears, Socializer works as is supposed to be. What options remain? The only one I can think of, is your configuration, if you happened to use a javascript widget and populated it with functions that somehow interfere with Socializer. This is a one in a billion case, yet, I can’t think of anything else.

I must thank you, because thanks to this thread I had the chance to test Socializer with really a lot of plugins and make sure it works without conflicts.

    All the best!

Must be just one of those things, sorry to have put you to all of this trouble. I actually like the Socializer plug-in and hope that I can get it to work nicely with my set up one day.
