Causes All Blog Posts to Disappear

  • Tried PMP, but it caused all of my blog posts to disappear. Posted a question on the user knowledgebase, but nearly a week later and no response. My problem, but I obviously won’t be using PMP and cannot recommend it.

    If by “nearly a week”, you mean 3 days over the weekend, then yes we do take a bit of time to get back to posts on the www.remarpro.com forums.

    I hope my reply to your thread there helps a bit or you’re able to find another solution.

    For anyone seeing this review and possibly experiencing the same thing, check your settings under Memberships > Advanced Settings in the WordPress admin.

    Cbabrun most likely locked posts using the category settings, and had the “hide posts from non-members” set to “yes” (so all posts “disappeared”).

    There are a few options there related to how locked content is displayed. You can hide members-only posts completely from non-members via the “hide member posts from searches and archives” setting (Yes or No).

    Additionally, there is a separate settings to show or hide post excerpts to non-members.

    Thanks Kim I was abit worried when i read his bad review.
