caused white screen of death

  • Weirdly only for non logged in users, I have since yesterday the white screen of death.. a few hours and testing around, I could determine W3 total cache causing this.

    I have to admint I ran a coupleofupdates yesterday, and can’t remeber which ones. but after deleting allmy plugins, and adding them back one by one, it was W3 total Cache that caused this.

    I do actually like the performance improvements it brought, and don’t want to lok for alternatives, but haven’t found a way to fix it yet. Seems am not the only one having issues wiht it lately.

    Still, great work, until recently.

  • I’ve had this problem on a couple sites, and I was able to get around it by using quick cache for page caching and w3tc for everything else.

    Same problem yesterday, finally I delete wp-content/w3-total-cache-config.php to have the site online and reconfigure w3tc.

    definitely no clue what to trace, no log, no error, no output, it cost me an hour to locate the problem was on w3tc.
