Caused BP NO.1 theme does not work

Hello,

We are using Kleo theme which is the No.1 BP theme on themeforest, and it cause the Kleo post shortcode does not work properly.

I already wrote to the support of Kleo theme, but not sure how to resolve it, please check at:
