    Thanks @tarzine for the screenshot. We introduced the floating widget feature yesterday. Though our QA team didn’t face such error but we’re taking this seriously.

    Thank you for fixing the issue, but this is not the first issue I had with this plugin. I don’t think I will be activating the plugin again, and it REALLY made reconsider purchasing for the pro version, plus none of my customers wanted to use the video feature. All my customers on use the written testimonial.

    Regarding your offer – I decline! I have been burned more than once by your plugin. For the health of my business and website, I will never use your plug-in again. I had a potential client tell me that our site was down. As a business I wouldn’t never want to be put in this position again.
