Cause of the Problem

Our plugin is compatible with most of the shared hosting in the market.
Can you please provide a detail of the resource limit available to you.
So, I can test the plugin against those resource and optimize the plugin if possible for the same.

This has been causing me 508 errors for months and today hosing account suspended for server abuse. they sent me the mysql log file, and its insane.

Will remove asap. good app but too much resources.

Hi @kattouf,

Can you please provide your MySQL log and PHP error log (if any) so we can debug this. It is hard to test the plugin for all the available hosting accounts but we tried our best to make it work for a wide range of available server/hosting options. If you let us know your server configuration or available resources, we can test the plugin again your configuration and do the possible optimization.

I use Namecheap shared hosting at that time
im sorry but i don’t think i can give you any details now
because I uninstall the plugin last month.
