    Hi,

“There has been a critical error on this website.” This was the error message when activated. The plugin was working well but for reasons I do not know, the plugin is now breaking my website to white-page when activated. I will appreciate it if anyone could help me or suggest to me what I should do? Cheers!

  • Hello @rossiback ,

This critical error could be happened due to conflict with any third party plugin. Try to deactivate all the plugins except ElementsKit and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If the issue gone then try to activate all the plugins one by one to find the plugin which is causing this issue.

But after that if the issue still persists please open a support ticket at our support center. We will inspect the problem properly and give you a quick solution as well.

    Regards,
