    Hello Everyone,

    I have a problem when sync woocommerce ?caught_mid_job and this note displayed in my dashboard ” Import job is running in the back end. If this message is still shown after some time, please contact support.”

    How can i resolve this issue?

    Hi there, @fouadabuhattab,

    The error you reported typically means that your connection with WooCommerce is slow, but the cron job should continue to sync slowly. You can refresh as you were doing, and the system will try again via AJAX. This is mostly about your server’s outbound connection speeds.
