catname and catlink not working

Hi,
Your plugin is fantastic. However, I’m trying to customize the catlist. I would like the Category name to display, but can’t get it working. I’ve added catname=yes and catlink=yes separately and then both together. The Category name doesn’t display.
Can you please help?
