CatLink and CatName not working

    This code is not displaying the category names at all.

    [catlist CATNAME=yes DATE=yes DATEFORMAT=” ?– ?Y/n/j” dorderby=DATETIME link_target=_blank]

    I replaced catname with catlink, and that didn’t work either.

    Could this be a bug?

    You have not selected any categories in your shortcode, try a shortcode with a category selected and you will see your catname/catlink. Also, writing shortcode parameters lowercase is much more readable.

    Thanks for the response!

    Unfortunately, it’s still not working. I’ve even tried a new test shortcut like this:

    [catlist id=1 catname=yes catlist=yes]

    It doesn’t work. I just see the post names listed. Any ideas?

    I see what happened! The category name is showing, but only as a title.

    Is there any way to get the category names to show up in-line, within the list, like this?

    • First post (category 1)
    • Second post (category 1)
    • Third post (category 2)
    • FOurth post (category 1)
    • Fifth post (category 3)

    and so on…

    Read the documentation. Look for posts_cats.
