Category to Menu Hierarchy

  • I have over 700 categories which are hierarchy listed, but when it comes to adding the categories to a menu all hierarchy is lost.
    How do I add the categories without losing their hierarchy status or having to drag/drop them manually?

    I know this has been asked before but I haven’t found a solution as yet.

  • Use a category widget instead of a menu.
    And consider reducing the number, because that’s just crazy!

    Thanks for the tip @joyously. The csv file from my suppliers lists 700 categories. This includes child categories too.
