Hi @rezprez,

This might be due a conflict.

Could you try doing the conflict test to see whether the thumbnail is displayed when you disable all plugins apart from WooCommerce and change to a default WP theme?
If the thumbnail is displayed, you’ll want to check the tool causing the issue by reactivating the theme and plugins one by one while checking the thumbnail image.

The problem you are reporting is quite strange and is usually a conflict, especially with your theme. Or perhaps an issue with your theme. It could also be a caching problem. Can you try to clear your server cache and see if that helps?

If that does not cut it, I suggest you repeat the conflict test. This time, switch to the Storefront theme and ensure other plugins apart from WooCommerce are deactivated. See if it fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, while you are in the conflict test state, copy your System Status Report and send it over.

I just tried the conflict test and confirmed the thumbnail wasn’t present. But this time I also edited the category again and found that it wasn’t set. I was able to set it and it displayed. Thanks to you all it is a conflict after all!
