Category Thumbnail List Plugin – Title is Cut Off

I have the Category Thumbnail List plugin downloaded and activated, but the titles at the bottom of the thumbnail are cut off. I tried changing the height in the CSS of the plugin, but nothing happened. I searched the CSS for another solution, but couldn’t find anything. I’m not that savvy with HTML though so it’s possible I’m missing it. I’ve researched the plugin support, but all of the topics were closed without help. I ideally would like to have the title show up when the cursor is over it, if possible. That was the impression I had when I downloaded the plugin originally.

Also, I’m not sure what to change in the CSS to make the the row of thumbnails have four instead of 3.
