If you want to show the Category name too in the Related Posts, then you need to enable this option “Show Categories On Frontend” in the General tab.

This will show the category name after the title in related posts. But if you want to match its style exactly the way in the screenshot, you can achieve it through custom CSS.

No, the section in your shared screenshot is not of the Related Posts. When you open any post, you can see our generated section under the “Related Posts” heading.

If you want to show the Category name there, then I have told you before the solution. But I can’t help you with the category tag in the section you highlighted as it’s not the part of the plugin.
