    We have purchased the pro version of WP Shopify and are experiencing the following issues which have come out of the blue (seemingly at random):

    1. The Shopify sync is creating duplicates of products in WordPress instead of updating the existing product.

    2. The collections data is not syncing properly to WordPress, for example the collection description is not being pushed into the Wordress collection content area. When trying to re-sync, the collections hang and the sync doesn’t complete.

    When running Manual sync we clear the WP Shopify CACHE first.

    STATUS response in network tab in chrome when syncing. 101% it hits

    It is saying it has synced 1025 collects but only 1015 in the totals?

    We’ve set the items per request to 25 and set synchronous Requests to on.

    3. Some products don’t load, instead of showing a 404 the WPShop javascript loads a default incorrect product instead.

    We are paid (WP Shopify Pro) customers and this issue is crippling our clients online store. I’ve posted on this forum previously, emailed you and even reached out on LinkedIn with no response or acknowledgement of the problem.
