category sort order option?

Where is the option to change sort order of posts in a category?

Here is the posts page:
geefreefoods.com/category/press/

The top post is the oldest, not the newest. I cannot seem to find any way to get the most recent posts to be first.

I found this old article which shows sort order as a drop down.

Where is this function found now?
