It seems like your categories are set to NoIndex:

Please verify and update the Robots tag by following this video screencast:

After that, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

That should fix the issue. Please let us know if that does not. We are here to assist.

Also, we noticed that you are indexing attachment pages as well. We do not recommend doing that as that could cause a thin content pages penalty on your website.

I’ve done all your suggestions but it doesn’t work, category sitemap is empty ??

Further I’ve noticed that google is not indexing posts since two days.

Google said that my posts are not indexed because of a no index tag but in rankmath the option is not flagged.
What’s going on?
