Category Rules not working

    Hi Support,

    I have a clean WP/WC installation and these are my simple category rules.

    However, if I add the amount of products in the cart falling in the No. of Items range the discount is not being applied in the cart..

    What do I wrong?

  • Hi,

    Please try selecting the check on option in the rule as Total no. of units instead and see if the discounts apply.

    Also share a screenshot of the original price of the product and the price showing in the cart or checkout page.

    Total units did the job. What’s the difference between Total Unites and No of Items?

    Total units is the total number of units in cart from the same category, No of items, is the total number of items of the same product.
