Category root redirect homepage

I install plugin but category root redirecting to homepage..

This working: https://ankara.otoekspertizi.com/ankara-oto-ekspertiz

This doesn’t work and redirect to homepage : https://ankara.otoekspertizi.com

I want see all posts in category root but redirect home ??
