Category / product list missing images

    Hello.

    Yesterday my site lost all of its images for categories and shop page (product list). The only time a product image would show was when viewing a single product.

    I found following:

    woocommerce_thumbnail was set to 300×0
    woocommerce_single was set to 600×0
    woocommerce_thumbnail_2x was set to 600×0
    shop_thumbnail was set to 300×0
    shop_catalog was set to 300×0
    shop_single was set to 600×0

    In Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images I changed from “no cropping” to “1:1” and ran the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails.

    The change of settings led to

    woocommerce_thumbnail: 300×300
    woocommerce_single: 600×0
    woocommerce_thumbnail_2x: 600×600
    shop_thumbnail: 300×300
    shop_catalog: 300×300
    shop_single: 600×0

    So, there are still some thumbnails with 0-value – but images in categories and shop page is back!

    @cmurway Have you tried the suggestion I wrote in my original post?

    I had a bit of success just now..I thank you for your post (using Force Regenerate Thumbnails) and a quick change to media settings for images that are already displayed on my friends page, but I cannot add any media to pages/posts/widgets etc.

    Hey. Well, you haven’t heard back from me since I haven’t heard back from you…

    What I wrote is a quick fix for the sudden problem. What I don’t know if it’s a fix for the entire problem. Some thumbnails are still marked as zero in either height or width.
