Category & Product Background Image Options Missing

Hello,
I’m trying to add custom single-product and category backgrounds to my WooCommerce shop. According to an image on a page at Qora those options should be available directly within the plugin but for some reason in my shop they are not. How do I restore the full functionality visible on this page https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-show-a-background-image-in-WooCommerce-product-categories

I only have the option to edit product image and category thumbnail but no option to add/change the background for single-product or categories. Any help is much appreciated.
