Category problem on page

Help! I have the page arranged with 4 categories(top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left) with three posts listed below each one. Only 2 categories have posts visible. I have isolated the area in the source code where the error seems to be occurring but I cannot insert the solution code.I am only the admin so maybe I don’t have access???new to this particular site and I’ve never had this problem before. Any ideas? I can include the code area if that will help.
