category posts on a page – page 2 and 3?

Hello: I know there are lots of ways to show posts from a certain category on a page, including excerpts and thumbnails, etc. What I am wondering about is if there is any way to do this; but have it so if the posts are more than a certain number, they continue on a page 2? (like the home page). Like we have 100 posts in category “cat1”; is there a way to show most recent 25 posts on page1 and then show posts 26-50 on a second page and so on?
