I am using twenty fifteen theme and making it custom with bootstrap. What is the issue with the post ? Why my footer disappears?

Make sure you are using a child theme so that your changes will not be lost when WP is updated –

You’ll have to ask WooCommerce about the problem – I don’t know anything about that plugin. Post on the link I posted above. I’d also suggest including a link to your site.

What do you means by the child theme?

See the link above. When WP is updated, so are default themes so twentyfifteen will be overwritten and your changes gone.
