Category Pagination Not Working With Plugins

Here’s link to my blog: https://smileurl.com/blog/category/e-pinions . my category pages don’t show pagination. i’ve used 2 plugins WP-PageNavi and WP Page Numbers; none of them seems to work ??
WP-PageNavi is working great on other blogs, don’t know what’s wrong with this theme!
Any help?
