Category pages show same posts at each page

    I have Newspaper V 6.3.2 theme (latest) and for some reason category pages show same posts at each page – the page 1 displays the 10 latest posts, however when I go to page 2, 3… it displays the same 10 posts of first page.
    I have disabled all plugins. If someone have an idea on how I can fix this?
