Category pages not showing up in WP-ADMIN

  • When I’m logged in the administrator dashboard and I’m in the categories tab, it will only show the first page of the category list. When I click on the second page, it comes up blank and I know there should be categories listed–I can see all the categories when I write a post.

    When I search for the missing categories, they return blank. But it searches the listed categories on page 1 just fine. Is there a way to fix this bug? It’s not a plugin issue because this is happening on a fresh install of wordpress 2.7.1 and I haven’t activated anything yet, just input the categories.
