Category Pages Missing!

    Hey….

    I had just gotten my site the way I wanted it, and then I experimented with activating my buddypress plugin out of curiosity if there was any way I could make it work out with my current template…. and immediately the result was all my category pages became “page not found” ?? Then I deactivated the plugins and unfortunately the category pages still didn’t come back ??

    I am so bummed, this site is totally live…. is there anyone who could help me figure this out?

    I also tried changing templates and it still didn’t fix it. So i changed it back to the original template.

    In your dashboard, look under POSTS->CATEGORIES. Are your category pages listed, or gone?

    Did you try changing the permalink settings to default and then resetting to ‘post name’?

    OK…. my categories are all still listed in POSTS > CATEGORIES

    Also, the posts all seem to say they are still in the categories they’re supposed to be.

    In the MENUS, the categories are still listed in the menu options and in the actual menu
